Shipping Policy
All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and will be charged accordingly. We use a ground-based courier service for deliveries within India. Shipping may take 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Some pin codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) services. For orders under ₹599, a shipping fee of ₹49 applies. COD orders are subject to an additional fee of ₹50.
We currently do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are only available to addresses within India.
Note: If you receive a damaged product, please file a single complaint as only one return or replacement will be processed. Customers are advised not to accept any damaged or defective product at delivery.
Offers and Promo Codes
To redeem a special promotion, you must be logged into your account and enter the promo code on the shopping bag page before completing the checkout process. The offer will automatically apply when the promo code is entered correctly.
Promo codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear. Only one promo code may be applied per order, and codes do not apply to already discounted items.
Payment Options
Sultan Night accepts payments via Razorpay. Please do not send credit card information by email, as email is not a secure method of transmission.

All transactions on our website are secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL ensures mutual authentication, data encryption, and integrity for secure transactions.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will appear, and a confirmation email with your order number will be sent to you.
Order Cancellation
Requests to cancel orders are accepted but not guaranteed. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation by Sultan Night
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Limits on available quantities
- Pricing or promotion errors
- Inaccurate or incomplete address information
- Non-serviceable locations
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed within 15 business days, depending on your bank.
Refunds for Cancellations
Refunds are processed within 15 business days from the cancellation date. For prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking), the amount will be transferred back to the original payment method. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us at query@sultannight.com. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund process will begin and be completed within 15 business days.
Maximum Purchase Policy
The products and services on our website are for personal use only. Certain products may have a maximum purchase quantity. If the limit is exceeded, the customer will be restricted from purchasing those products again for two weeks. Violation of this policy will result in order cancellation. Legal action may be taken against customers found reselling our products.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or text. You can track your order via the link provided or on your account page.
